The Story

"How Peacocks Got Their Long and Beautiful Feathers" is a delightful story brought to us from the inner wisdom of a child. The story unfolds in a typical urban setting with an ordinary bird who is not satisfied with his outward appearance.

On his own, he creates amusing, but unsuccessful, strategies to get long and beautiful feathers. When he finally seeks the advice of the Wise Old Owl, he begins a journey of self discovery.

Though children are the target audience, this colorful tale of transformation can be enjoyed by the young at heart of any age.
